📋 Description

• Drive successful deployment of PerfectServe software in ambulatory and enterprise healthcare client environments • Direct, coordinate, implement, execute, control and complete projects in line with company strategy, commitments and goals • Serve as the primary customer contact during implementation and collaborate with the customer project manager • Manage multiple small- and large-scale projects using the PerfectServe Project Management Methodology • Coordinate transitions from sales to services and eventually to customer success • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, resources and success factors • Assign project resources, clarify scope and success factors, and support the project team • Track project progress, plans, work hours and budgets using the EPM tool • Facilitate weekly status calls and provide customer communications and monthly stakeholder reports • Develop relationships with hospital senior leadership teams • Manage budgets, resource allocation, issue and risk logs, mitigation strategies and change orders • Present project progress, problems and solutions • Monitor and trigger billing milestones • Transition completed projects to account management and support • Prepare completion and closeout documentation • Ensure deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required quality level • Evaluate project outcomes against the planning objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing Healthcare IT Projects such as EMR, EHR or similar • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools • Proven experience in strategic planning, change management and risk assessment • Proficient in MS Project and the MS Office Suite of products • Knowledge of Healthcare industry is a plus • Excellent listening and communication skills • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team-based environment • Strong multitasking and organizational skills • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong presentation and documentation skills • Ability to communicate with or without reasonable accommodation • Depending on assignment, ability to visit other locations and potentially stand, walk, lift, carry or move 10–50 pounds • Good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, and visual acuity for keyboard, equipment and technical information use
