📋 Description

• Serve as the primary resource for delivering the TCA system upgrade • Support the SAP S/4HANA 2025 upgrade with a specialized focus on Transportation Management • Assess functional impacts of the upgrade on TM processes using SAP Release Notes, Simplification Items, and relevant documentation • Validate end-to-end business process integrity through hands-on testing, integration, and functional configuration • Identify and resolve system defects through structured root cause analysis and continuous testing • Collaborate with Application Development, BPMA, TCA, integration, and testing teams to implement changes • Coordinate with Change Management on all upgrade impacts • Maintain critical logistics operations, including freight planning, carrier selection, and safe shipment processes • Support system retrofits, deployment projects, and dual maintenance during steady-state and upgrade periods

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on SAP TM (Transportation Management) and S/4HANA upgrade experience • Experience ideally within international, mid- to large-scale environments • Background using SAP S/4HANA 2025, Private Cloud, and On-Premise • Experience with SAP TM (embedded/decentralized), SAP EWM, and MM/SD • Familiarity with SAP EDI, IDocs, ESR, and CIF integration protocols • Experience using SAP Solution Manager, Readiness Check, and Focused Build • Ability to review and interpret SAP simplification notes • Experience designing and executing impact assessments • Ability to manage master data and configuration without programming • Experience coordinating dual maintenance and environment management for upgrades • Experience leading integration test scenarios, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end defect management • Analytical troubleshooting and root cause resolution skills • Expertise mapping Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes to TM modules • Understanding of freight planning, charge management, tendering, and settlement • Experience serving as a cross-functional liaison across technical integration, business process management, and change management • Ability to explain system changes and train users • Execution-driven, detail-oriented, and analytical approach • SAP Certified Application Associate TM in S/4HANA certification is a plus, not required • No coding experience required
