📋 Description

• Identify and coordinate event partnerships across the U.S. and Canada, both remotely and on-site, with some travel required • Manage event activations, ensuring smooth execution and creative brand representation • Explore and manage non-event partnerships, including TV sponsorships, original content, charity, or sports collaborations • Research and recommend paid digital marketing opportunities • Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop new and creative strategies to grow Growlr’s brand presence in North America • Research, negotiate, and manage social media influencer partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in events, nightlife, or community marketing • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Deeply engaged with LGBTQ+ culture and current queer trends • Creative thinker with a strong point of view and an eye for unexpected, authentic ideas • Highly organized and dependable, with a proven track record of managing projects independently • Skilled at problem-solving in real-time during live events or partnerships • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and resourceful • Strong research and sourcing abilities, including locating vendors for branded materials, assessing production methods, pricing, and delivery logistics • Friendly, professional, and outgoing, with confidence as a brand ambassador for Growlr
