• Assisting in running day-to-day technology operations for clients • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes via email, Slack and virtual meetings • Maintaining documentation for IT operations procedures • Improving existing IT operations systems and workflows • Collaborating with client points of contact for effective processes • Responding to IT operations support requests
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role • Impeccable customer service skills • Highly organized and responsive • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable interacting with clients through email, Slack, and virtual meetings • Self-starter and team player
