📋 Description

• Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment • Prospecting, developing relationships, and closing new business • Delivering a consultative sales experience to brokers, consultants, and employer groups • Making/taking dozens of calls daily, developing partner channels, presenting in front of a group of people • Generating and qualifying prospects as well as closing sales • Ability to cold call prospects and brokers • Present solutions via virtual and in-person meetings • Effectively leverage company-approved AI tools to improve efficiency, organization, communication, and overall productivity • Become expert in all ancillary wellness services and provide strategic direction for prospects and current clients • Generate new leads via broker and direct to end user sales channels • Build and sustain positive relationships with the entire Wellness IQ staff • Interact with staff, management and vendors to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness • Frequent travel up to 50% of the time for broker meetings, client meetings, conferences, trainings, and other business needs

🎯 Requirements

• College Degree Preferred • 3+ years of Sales, Employee Benefits, or related experience • Comfort with cold calling and objection handling • Passion for Health and Wellness • Insurance brokerage experience specifically in employee benefits preferred • Strong communication and presentation skills • Consultative selling approach with ability to uncover client needs • High level of motivation, resilience, and competitiveness • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a pipeline • Relationship-building with both internal teams and external partners • Comfort with cold outreach and objection handling • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. • Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Copilot and other company-supported AI productivity tools • Salesforce CRM experience preferred • Proficiency in Teams, Zoom or other virtual presentation tools
