📋 Description

• Treat PeteDME’s MSK Integrated Care patients from home • Deliver physical therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring through a network of in-home therapists • Complete six in-person brace fittings, including intake, fitting, and follow-up, for patients from your current caseload • Use a screening tool to identify candidates among existing patients • Coach patients on knee and lumbar bracing devices • Treat patients already seen rather than making referrals or performing sales • Begin teletherapy patient referrals from PeteDME after six fittings • Conduct remote visits and monitoring on a per-visit and per-call basis

🎯 Requirements

• Active physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license in the state where you practice • Currently working in home health or another in-home setting • Evaluate and provide treatment • Six in-person brace fittings on patients from your own current caseload before teletherapy referrals begin • Complete a questionnaire covering license, setting, and caseload • Acknowledge that teletherapy referrals begin after six fittings
