📋 Description

• Treat PeteDME’s MSK Integrated Care patients from home • Deliver physical therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring alongside knee and lumbar bracing • Complete six in-person brace fittings, including intake, fitting, and follow-up, for patients from the therapist’s current caseload • Use a screening tool to identify eligible candidates among existing patients • Coach patients on orthopedic bracing devices • Conduct remote teletherapy visits and monitoring after six fittings • Treat patients already on the therapist’s caseload; no sales or referrals required • Complete questionnaire covering license, practice setting, and caseload • Work with a clinical onboarding specialist during onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Active physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license in the state where you practice • Currently working in home health or another in-home setting • Evaluate and provide treatment • Begin with six in-person brace fittings on patients from your own current caseload before teletherapy referrals begin • Must be able to treat patients from home through remote visits and monitoring
