• Positioning Peter Park and driving scaling in the DACH region with a focus on the Swiss market • Identifying, qualifying and generating enthusiasm among potential B2B and B2G customers for our solutions • Proactive new business acquisition through cold calling, social selling, video calls and industry events • Identifying trends as a market expert and developing innovative strategies to drive growth • Ensuring complete and high-quality data maintenance in our CRM system • Actively contributing to internal projects and initiatives to continuously strengthen the sales organization • Maintaining close communication with Business Development and working closely with Account Executives
• Some practical experience in sales, inside sales or in an IoT/SaaS environment • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) is an advantage • Strong interpersonal skills, active listening and an authentic, persuasive manner • High enthusiasm for digital products and a strong belief in the value of our solutions • Self-driven, motivated working style in a dynamic environment with a clear focus on company goals • Strong emphasis on collaboration, mutual support and celebrating successes together • Business-fluent German and English; fluent French and/or Italian is a strong plus
