📋 Description

• Provide therapeutic area/product expertise in hematology across medical customer segments • Plan and execute Medical strategy and engagement for assigned customers • Maintain knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and Pfizer medicines • Serve as a resource for Medical Information and customer insights • Collaborate with Medical Affairs and other Pfizer colleagues to achieve objectives • Deliver medical content about Pfizer medicines to healthcare professionals • Cultivate research and therapeutic area expertise • Provide Medical support throughout the Investigator Sponsored Research process • Communicate effectively with local Patient Advocacy Groups • Represent Pfizer Medical Affairs leadership at clinical/professional associations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health science required • Relevant experience required: PharmD/PhD with 5+ years of experience, MBA/MSc with 7+ years of experience, BA/BSc with 8+ years of experience • Subject matter expert recognized across internal and external stakeholders • Experience managing a significant volume of projects in a remote environment • Excellent judgment skills and ability to work in a continuous improvement environment • Ability to foster strong professional relationships within a multi-disciplinary team • Change agility and adaptability to organizational changes • Problem-solving and networking skills across the enterprise • Proficiency in digital technology and medical interactions • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to operate a Pfizer company car and travel 60-80% of time
