📋 Description

• Serve as a member of the Compliance/Legal National Team • Help ensure adherence to all state and authorizer regulatory reporting requirements • Identify potential high-risk areas and determine appropriate corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Compliance Data & State Reporting Analyst • Strong resourcefulness, consistent follow-through on deadlines • Identify potential high-risk areas • Ensure adherence to all state and authorizer regulatory reporting requirements • Expertise in Michigan Department of Education state reporting procedures and requirements • Strong knowledge of county audit processes • Experience evaluating district and academy compliance • Demonstrated experience conducting internal audits • Proficiency in analyzing SIS data and internal controls • Experience managing PowerSchool SIS data • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to monitor updates to state regulations and apply changes • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills • Ability to multitask and exercise sound judgment • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
