📋 Description

• Ensure all scholars master the academic and social skills necessary to succeed • Set ambitious goals for student achievement and hold scholars accountable for accomplishing those goals • Create a powerful learning environment • Plan and deliver rigorous instruction • Assess for mastery • Track scholar progress and intervene or pivot as necessary to support scholar success • Help achieve scholar growth, satisfaction, persistence, and attendance targets • Provide high-quality science education through the virtual school’s live online teaching structure

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for working with students and families in under-served communities • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university • Appropriate endorsements, if applicable • Valid State Teacher License • Effective pedagogical skills driven by standards and data-driven assessment • Experience tracking and using data to drive instruction
