📋 Description

• Own multi-workstream engagements end-to-end • Set direction by translating client objectives into structured plans • Drive outcomes and client value emphasizing rapid time to value • Lead the client relationship with confidence and clarity • Direct cross-functional teams by establishing clear workflows • Take ownership of engagement financials • Own and evolve the engagement roadmap and delivery approach • Embed AI tools into engagement workflows • Provide grounded recommendations to clients • Identify risks early and lead mitigation efforts • Support the creation of proposals, estimates, and scopes

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience owning complex digital engagements • Strong instinct for bringing order to complexity • Ability to solve problems creatively and constructively • Clear and confident communication skills • Deep understanding of digital platforms and product development lifecycles • Ability to embed AI in workflows and deliverables • Experience guiding teams in responsible AI use • Track record of identifying meaningful opportunities • Agency or consultancy experience preferred
