📋 Description
• Expand multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations, including executive decision-makers, influencers, and functional stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Manufacturing). • Lead new business development and grow existing strategic accounts. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies. • Build market intelligence through competitive and industry analysis. • Develop deep customer insights, assess evolving business needs, and execute strategic account plans. • Represent the company at industry conferences and events. • Lead cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and global affiliates.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field required; MBA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in Biotech, BioPharma, or Life Sciences. • 5+ years of experience in sales. • 5+ years of experience managing key accounts. • Experience building and delivering compelling presentations and proposals.
