📋 Description

• Advise clients on using data and AI to drive business transformation and competitive advantage • Create data and AI strategies aligned to client goals • Design implementation roadmaps • Guide organizations through adoption of advanced data platforms, machine learning solutions, and responsible AI practices • Lead cross-functional teams • Build and expand the Advisory practice by developing offerings • Cultivate client relationships • Mentor high-performing teams • Identify and prioritize business-focused opportunities • Balance technical, organizational, and process recommendations • Develop long-term roadmaps and future-state operating models • Design processes for effective data and analytical asset management • Develop business cases focused on return on investment • Make technical recommendations tied to business outcomes • Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops focused on business value • Lead “art of the possible” sessions • Guide technology rationalization decisions • Lead and manage Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Data Engineers, and Change Leaders through coaching, mentoring, and performance management • Collaborate with client stakeholders, technology partners, and cross-functional sales and delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery • Deliver client-facing presentations with compelling, audience-tailored storylines

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as a hands-on AI & Data Strategy Leader who has led AI & Data Strategy engagements • 4+ years of consulting leadership experience working with external clients • Understanding of evolving AI capabilities, applications, and effective use for business outcomes • Vertical/industry expertise, such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Retail • Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including C-suite members • Functional strategy leadership expertise and/or exposure • Ability to identify and prioritize business-focused opportunities • Ability to balance technical, organizational, and process recommendations • Experience developing and sequencing long-term roadmaps • Experience designing future-state operating models • Experience designing processes for data and analytical asset management • Experience developing business cases with return on investment in mind • Ability to make technical recommendations tied to business outcomes • Knowledge of cloud computing, data platform development, integration patterns, data quality, data governance, privacy and security, and regulatory needs • Experience prioritizing use cases by value and complexity and conducting SWOT analysis • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences • Experience facilitating discovery sessions and workshops • Experience leading “art of the possible” sessions • Ability to guide technology rationalization decisions considering TCO and business needs • Knowledge of industry-wide strategy frameworks, principles, and best practices • Knowledge of global privacy requirements, such as GDPR and CCPA • Proven ability to lead and manage Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Data Engineers, and Change Leaders • Proven track record collaborating with client stakeholders, technology partners, and cross-functional sales and delivery teams across distributed global teams • Ability to create strong cross-practice relationships • Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills • Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored from technical stakeholders to executive teams • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% per month
