📋 Description

• Advise Customer executives and their teams on AI strategy, governance, and organizational change related to Anthropic/Claude adoption • Design and personally lead strategy sessions and advisory engagements covering AI operating models, governance frameworks, and AI FinOps cost management • Develop and communicate perspectives on AI FinOps, including LLM unit economics, cost allocation, chargeback/showback, model selection, and token-cost tradeoffs • Serve as escalation point and quality bar for advisory delivery • Own and grow the Anthropic-focused Advisory pipeline and create sellable, repeatable offerings • Partner with sales and account teams on presales, proposals, scoping, and Customer pursuits • Collaborate with Anthropic GTM and alliance teams on joint offerings, referrals, and co-selling • Define and evolve the advisory service catalog, pricing, and delivery methodology • Publish points of view, whitepapers, and frameworks on AI FinOps • Represent phData at industry events, webinars, and Anthropic-sponsored forums • Partner with marketing on campaigns, case studies, and pipeline-generating content • Oversee advisory engagements for consistent methodology, staffing, and quality • Mentor and develop consulting talent • Own Customer satisfaction and outcomes through delivery management, executive engagement, and escalation resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in management consulting, strategy advisory, or a senior enterprise technology leadership role • Track record of advising C-level executives • Direct experience with FinOps, ideally spanning cloud financial management and AI/LLM cost management • Knowledge of LLM unit economics, token economics, model cost-performance tradeoffs, usage governance, and chargeback/showback • Experience designing and facilitating strategy sessions • Working knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks • Experience leading organizational change tied to AI or major technology adoption • Experience with Anthropic's Claude platform and the broader enterprise AI landscape • Business development experience, including shaping deals, scoping SOWs, and participating in presales conversations • Comfortable writing, speaking, and representing the firm publicly • Willingness to travel up to 50% to Customer sites
