📋 Description

• Assumes the technical leadership role for each assigned project and shares knowledge and technical expertise with customers and team. • Provides feedback/assists in streamlining program implementation methodology or implementation documentation/toolsets. • Completes assigned project tasks as scheduled to gain customer acceptance and at the same time achieve/maintain accepted industry level certifications/technical competency (e.g., Microsoft Technical Certifications). • Gathers necessary network information required to properly configure the IECG and IBE system and configures and tests installed IECG and IBE system to meet customer requirements. • Implements interfaces to/from IECG and customer’s Radiology Information System (RIS)/ Health Information System (HIS) and investigates & diagnoses complex technical problems during installation until transfer to support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related field or 5+ years experience performing technical support/HL7 interfacing. • 5+ years of experience in an ECG information management system or PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications Systems) system; • Experience with Orion Rhapsody Interface broker, XML and working with Virtual Machine (VM) server environments. • Experienced Networking infrastructure/Server architecture user is preferred. • Bilingual French and English skills, both written and verbal, are required. • US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
