📋 Description
• responsible for driving customer lifecycle value (CLV), installed base (IB) growth, and service revenue performance across the North American MR portfolio • lead initiatives focused on lifecycle optimization, service attachment, upgrade and modernization pathways, competitive conversion and win-back programs, and long-term installed base expansion.
🎯 Requirements
• at least 5+ years of industry experience, ideally in marketing technology, healthcare, or MedTech products and solutions • familiarity with radiology and service structure for capital equipment • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required • must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
