📋 Description

• Leading the clinical implementation of Philips Fetal Monitoring solutions • Designing, planning, and overseeing the delivery of complex clinical solutions throughout the customer lifecycle • Managing the overall scope, budget, and resources • Consulting and partnering with various stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and implementation • Analyzing existing customer workflows and facilitating change management • Documenting and submitting findings per Philips standard processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment • Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience required • Experience in Labor & Delivery hospital environments • Knowledge of fetal monitoring is required • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice nursing (Registered Nurse); must be able to provide verification for current/active license • Master of Science in Nursing degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred • Nursing informatics, healthcare administration, and/or change management experience • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and delegate
