📋 Description

• Lead a team of Customer Project Managers through coaching, mentoring, talent development, and succession planning • Partner with hospitals, general contractors, project managers, and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones and customer commitments • Lead complex commercial installation and construction projects across the East Zone • Accelerate order-to-completion cycles and drive predictable revenue delivery • Oversee project portfolios and large-scale healthcare implementations • Manage planning, resource allocation, revenue forecasting, inventory utilization, budgets, and schedules • Prioritize initiatives to maximize operational and financial performance • Serve as senior escalation point for complex customer and operational issues • Manage risks, resolve critical challenges, and maintain customer relationships • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and organizational standards • Drive continuous improvement using KPI reviews, business insights, customer feedback, and field engagement • Champion collaboration among Sales, Project Management, Service, and Supply Chain teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of direct and/or indirect leadership experience in construction project management, service delivery, service operations, or a related field • Medical imaging systems or related healthcare technology background highly preferred • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP • Familiarity with existing and emerging AI technologies • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred • Strong leadership and ability to engage contractors, facilities teams, construction stakeholders, and cross-functional partners • Business acumen with experience driving revenue attainment, controlling expenses, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating across global supply chain and commercial operations teams • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or another related field, or equivalent combination of education and listed experience • Ability to travel for business; approximately 20% travel across the specified geography, with possible overnight stays and air/train travel • Ability to work in office/home office, remote, hospital/healthcare environments, and comply with vendor credentialing • Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment • US work authorization required; no current or future visa sponsorship • Must reside in the East Zone: CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, VT, Washington, D.C., or WV
