📋 Description

• Serve as the face of Phillips while working from the employee's residence and covering the assigned territory Monday through Friday • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex CNC machines and systems • Install and bring new state-of-the-art machinery online • Provide world-class customer service beyond repairs • Build genuine, lasting customer relationships and create value • Proactively eliminate obstacles affecting customer productivity • Support long-term customer partnerships and secure future work for Phillips • Travel up to 80% of the month within the assigned region, Monday through Friday

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience with CNC machinery OR a strong mechanical and electrical background • Proven track record in a service or maintenance environment • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude • Ability and desire to continually learn • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the month within the assigned region, Monday through Friday • Mechatronics, Machining, or Engineering certification or degree is a plus, not required • Demonstrable industry skill • Commitment to Phillips Corporation's high-performance community and values
