📋 Description

• Review the existing production codebase for architecture, security, scalability, and reliability risks • Recommend pragmatic improvements before prioritizing major new feature development • Own features end-to-end from data modeling and architecture through building, deployment, and customer release • Work across the full stack with a stronger backend focus • Develop and contribute to Vue.js frontend features and visual design • Use AI coding agents while maintaining correctness, reliability, and maintainability • Design, automate, and execute functional, regression, load, and smoke testing • Identify and communicate technical risks early • Design and evolve PostgreSQL data models and Prisma schemas • Work across integrations including Stripe Connect, LiveKit, Twilio, Zoom, Anthropic, and pgvector • Help manage and grow a Google Apps Script reporting layer • Test, debug, and ship features • Review pull requests and maintain a consistent engineering standard • Monitor production systems and participate in triage and incident resolution • Improve existing code for reliability, maintainability, and performance • Help prepare the private-beta community platform for public launch

🎯 Requirements

• 5-9+ years of software engineering experience, including strong production experience with Vue.js and PostgreSQL • Experience with Nuxt and Prisma is strongly preferred • Proven experience using AI coding agents on a production codebase • Proven systems architecture experience and experience influencing structural decisions on production systems • Strong testing expertise, including functional, regression, load, and smoke testing • Experience automating test suites • Ability to read, understand, and work within an existing codebase before pursuing a rewrite or redesign • Extremely organized and self-sufficient, with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements • Adaptability to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth startup environment • Proven experience owning entire features from concept through production deployment • Availability for at least 5-6 hours of an 8-5 or 9-6 MST schedule • Eligible to work in the United States, excluding California, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
