📋 Description

• Partner closely with Solutions Architects and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver successful Pigment customer implementations, ensuring customers understand the platform’s value and achieve strong adoption. • Own project scope, timelines, and budgets, keeping all contributors aligned on progress and priorities while maintaining clear internal reporting and escalating issues when needed. • Proactively respond to customer requests for project resources, anticipate risks and challenges, and drive mitigation actions to keep projects on track. • Support Solutions Architects and help ensure consistent project success through a collaborative, communicative, and process-driven approach.

🎯 Requirements

• You have experience in deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organisations • Significant experience in project management, sales or professional services at a software/SaaS company • Highly organised and strong attention to detail to make sure that deliverables and projects are completed on time. • Ability to act as a leader and a team member first supporting internal project team members in achieving their tasks with minimal disruption • Ability to act as a mediator for stakeholders with conflicting requirements and help create consensus to move towards a shared goal and outcome. • Ability to build commitment and excitement within the project team including external and internal contributors • You lead by example through showcasing empathy and strong resilience when facing setbacks • Display of growth mindset and constructive problem solving approach • Proven track record of building strong customer relationships, a deep sense of empathy and dedication • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audience • Ability to explain technical solutions, establish goals, develop opportunities, and provide reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve the customer experience • Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs • Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision • BA/BS degree required, MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
