📋 Description

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facials safely according to Pinch's clinical standards • Build a client base using Pinch marketing and a personal network • Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month • Work an average of 10–20 hours per week • Choose and manage a personal schedule and client selection • Use Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals • Manage supplies and maintain accurate, timely client records • Represent Pinch in the local community and build awareness • Grow an independent aesthetic practice with Pinch's support

🎯 Requirements

• Active APRN license in Pennsylvania • Certification in injectables or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification • Newer injectables practitioners must be available to attend an in-person training in full • Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow a practice • Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus • Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and more is a bonus
