📋 Description

• Deliver tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments safely according to Pinch's clinical standards • Build a client base using Pinch marketing and personal networks • Treat a minimum of 5 clients per month • Convert first-time clients into regular customers • Set a flexible schedule averaging 10–20 hours per week • Use Pinch marketing tools for outreach, retention, and referrals • Manage supplies • Maintain accurate and timely client records • Represent Pinch and build awareness in the local community

🎯 Requirements

• Active APRN license in Washington DC • Certification in injectables, or readiness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification • Newer injectors must be available to attend the full in-person training • Genuine enthusiasm for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to grow an independent practice • Prior aesthetics experience or an existing patient network is a bonus • Interest in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and similar activities is a bonus
