📋 Description

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care in clients’ homes • Perform neurotoxin injections • Perform microneedling • Perform chemical peels • Provide skincare and at-home facial experiences • Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal networks • Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records • Manage supplies responsibly • Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards • Collaborate with Pinch Providers and the clinical/support team • Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, conduct outreach, and grow the client book

🎯 Requirements

• Active Maryland APRN license • Injectables experience, including neurotoxin injections • Comfort treating independently • Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.) • Strong patient communication • Professionalism • Commitment to safety • Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking (preferred) • Interest in events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations (preferred) • Availability to treat 10–50 clients per month (preferred)
