📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to initiate projects • Establish project teams and develop initiation documents, schedules, statements of work, and cost estimates • Ensure appropriate technical resources and optimized project cost structures • Manage project implementation and coordinate resources to prevent schedule conflicts • Resolve scope and resource-change issues • Serve as primary client contact and provide regular project updates • Manage project costs within budget and communicate budget changes • Meet or exceed utilization, cost-off, accounts receivable, and gross profit targets • Prepare timesheets, purchase orders, equipment reports, and expense reports according to SOPs • Design or supervise technical support for field investigations and assessments • Supervise remediation system installation and evaluation • Provide final senior review of reports, letters, and work plans • Mentor junior and technical staff • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an environmentally oriented field • Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) certification required • 7+ years of environmental consulting experience or relevant field experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Strong writing and documentation skills • Ability to read technical specifications, drawings, and reports • Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle • Ability to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Close and distance vision abilities • Ability to pass a company physical
