📋 Description

• Conduct research to develop new functionalities and improve existing technologies across Fraud, Voice/Speech, Video, Authentication, and Deepfake Detection • Design, implement, and evaluate deep learning algorithms and machine learning models for complex datasets • Partner with research engineers and engineering teams to transition research prototypes into efficient, production-ready systems across cloud or edge environments • Analyze system behavior, identify detection gaps, and recommend practical improvements for customers • Participate in cross-functional meetings, research reviews, and code reviews • Publish patents and peer-reviewed papers at top conferences • For senior roles, own the research agenda, shape product and business strategy, influence executive decisions, mentor others, and define differentiated insights

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent industry research experience • Experience ranging from 1–3 years for early-career researchers to 6+ years for Senior/Principal Research Scientists • Focus in deep learning, computer vision, face recognition, generative AI, speech processing, or fraud modeling • Strong programming proficiency in Python • Hands-on mastery of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras • Proven track record of successful project delivery, publishing peer-reviewed research, or translating research findings into practical improvements • Foundational or expert-level knowledge of biometrics, identity authentication, fraud patterns, audio/video pipelines, or consumer security concepts • Ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to make sound technical decisions using data, theory, and rigorous experimental evidence • Ability to maintain technical integrity, documentation, and model reproducibility
