📋 Description

• Partner with sales engineering stakeholders, product teams, and GTM teams to capture early-stage feature ideas • Translate sales stories and plays into clear functional user stories and workflows in Jira • Use storytelling and visual mapping to rapidly iterate on mockups and prototypes • Responsibly use company-approved AI tools to accelerate delivery, documentation, and user-flow generation • Manually test complex IAM features, including mobile push notifications and biometric/selfie identity verifications • Coordinate feedback between developers and sales stakeholders to maintain polished, demo-ready prototypes • Maintain awareness of current sales and sales engineering processes and advocate improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a business analysis, tech support, or systems analysis environment • Ability to work independently without constant day-to-day mentoring • Ability to translate early-stage business inputs into clear, logical data flows or step-by-step user journeys for developers • Curiosity and ability to test applications across multiple platforms, physical mobile devices, and browsers • Practical GenAI experience • Familiarity with, or exposure to, Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Cyber Security concepts • Experience crafting lean, context-driven prompts and leveraging AI as a daily force multiplier • Familiarity with sales environments, sales engineering, or customer-facing technology roles
