📋 Description

• Collaborate with the FSA Product Owner, government stakeholders, and development team to understand business needs • Translate business needs into clear requirements • Plan work, provide feedback on requirements, and help prioritize the product backlog • Conduct discovery and user research using Human-Centered Design practices • Help define sprint scope • Support Agile Project Management, lean thinking, flexibility, and continuous improvement • Define and refine user stories and tasks • Ensure work meets the FSA Definition of Done • Assist in packaging completed stories into releasable features • Support change request processes • Manage and document IAM change requests • Coordinate proofs of concept and project activities aligned with FSA priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Public Trust clearance • Bachelor's Degree • 3 years of experience • Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe preferred) • Skilled in writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization • Good understanding of Human-Centered Design and user research techniques • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira or similar • Ability to manage change requests and support project documentation • Team player who thrives in an iterative development setting
