📋 Description

• Run X, Facebook, and Instagram accounts day to day for four SaaS products • Plan social calendars, write copy, and publish natively on each platform • Create short vertical videos, including product tips, how-tos, screen recordings, and team/customer clips • Repurpose blog posts, guides, webinars, and product releases into social content • Respond quickly to comments, replies, mentions, and DMs • Route support questions to the appropriate person and close the loop • Participate in relevant conversations on X • Run Instagram Trial Reels and test new formats on X • Track campaigns with UTM links • Report weekly on reach, engagement, followers, traffic, and signups generated by social • Monitor competitors, industry news, and same-day trending topics

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years running social media for a brand, ideally B2B or SaaS • Links to accounts you ran and posts you made, with numbers you can explain • Hands-on experience with X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok • Ability to shoot and edit short vertical video independently • Familiarity with Descript, Filmora, CapCut, or similar video tools • Excellent written English • Comfort with numbers, native analytics, UTM links, and GA4 basics • Ability to move quickly on trends and news without getting sloppy • Nice to have: experience marketing B2B SaaS or marketing software • Nice to have: personal following on X, especially in marketing or tech • Nice to have: experience running small paid boosts or Meta ads • Nice to have: basic design skills in Canva or Figma • Nice to have: working knowledge of AI video tools such as Higgsfield or Freepik • Nice to have: experience with LinkedIn or YouTube Shorts • Nice to have: use of AI tools for research and drafts
