📋 Description

• Serve as counsel on a range of complex commercial litigation matters • Step into active cases and manage key aspects, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, negotiations, and hearings • Develop and execute effective case strategies in collaboration with firm leadership • Provide clear, practical, business-minded legal advice to clients • Maintain high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and client service • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and courts

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (NY and/or FL admission a plus) • Demonstrated experience in business/commercial litigation required • Insurance defense and/or personal injury litigation experience is a plus but not required • Corporate transactional experience is also a plus but not required • Comfortable managing active cases and deadlines independently in a remote environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable • Committed to delivering strategic, client-focused solutions
