• Facilitate completion of loan applications and coordinate collection of documentation, including credit reports, DU/LP/AUS runs, loan-file preparation, and closing-cost worksheets. • Coordinate communication among the Loan Originator, referral partners, clients, and Realtors throughout the loan lifecycle. • Promote Envoy products to real estate agents, home buyers, and referral sources while managing follow-ups. • Assist Loan Processors with prospective-client scenarios by researching underwriting and investor guidelines. • Manage pipelines of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, and reverse mortgage loans. • Gather borrower information and documents to complete applications, structure loans, and prepare disclosures. • Enter applications into the Loan Origination System and assign them to the appropriate Originator or LOA. • Review loan packages for inconsistencies, omissions, and inaccurate income calculations; report errors to the Originator. • Obtain borrower and Realtor conditions and clear conditions as needed. • Monitor loan progress and communicate status updates to borrowers and transaction parties. • Research investor guidelines and stay current on program changes. • Communicate approvals by sending pre-approval and commitment letters. • Coordinate closing details, including payment, rate, and cash-to-close figures. • Review closing statements against signed loan estimate worksheets and correct discrepancies. • Create and deliver disclosure and re-disclosure packages and document receipts. • Coordinate closing logistics with title companies and clients. • Order appraisals and third-party services, including VOE, title, and certifications. • Develop working knowledge of Envoy products, systems, processes, policies, and procedures.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Loan Originator Assistant, Loan Partner, Processor, Loan Officer, or Underwriter preferred. • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus. • Working knowledge of Desktop Underwriter/Desktop Originator (DU/DO), Loan Prospector (LP), and originating systems; Encompass experience strongly preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Strong understanding of residential mortgage banking, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, and reverse mortgage products. • Ability to analyze issues and create effective resolutions while managing multiple loan files concurrently. • Exceptional follow-up, time management, and verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills and comfort working in a team environment. • Reliable, detail-oriented self-starter able to resolve issues independently. • Social media savvy and forward-thinking approach to client relationship management. • Availability to work CST/EST hours preferred.
