📋 Description

• Run performance coaching using scorecards, structured check-ins, and documented follow-through • Diagnose underperformance and prioritize fixes • Conduct onsite reviews, interventions, and support new location openings • Partner with internal teams across Operations, Marketing, Training, and Development to remove blockers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a franchisor-side field support role – Franchise Business Coach, Franchise Consultant, or Field Operations Coach • Proven KPI ownership with specifics • Comfortable influencing franchise owners without direct authority • U.S.-based, within practical distance of a major airport, and able to sustain up to ~70% travel
