📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Product Management roles from sourcing and outreach through final rounds and offer close • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define role requirements, design interview processes, and drive hiring strategies • Build and manage candidate pipelines using creative sourcing, networking, and market mapping • Advise hiring managers with data, market insights, and feedback • Lead debriefs and manage closing strategies aligned with Plaid’s hiring bar and candidate experience standards • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency and quality • Collaborate with sourcers, coordinators, and cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent recruiting experience • Represent Plaid’s culture and mission throughout the recruiting process

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience hiring Product Managers • Deep understanding of product management disciplines, including strategy, execution, and technical fluency • Strong sourcing capability with experience identifying and engaging top PM talent in competitive markets • Proven success partnering with senior product leaders to shape hiring decisions and influence outcomes • Experience negotiating offers and managing candidate relationships through final stages • Comfortable using recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions • Candidate-first approach with empathy, transparency, and thoughtful communication • Preferred: experience partnering strategically with C-suite and senior executives • Preferred: experience in a client lead or embedded recruiting model • Preferred: exposure to high-growth SaaS or fintech recruiting environments • Preferred: experience building recruiting playbooks or process improvements for Product hiring • Preferred: familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and strategies for building diverse product teams
