📋 Description

• Develop Executive Summaries • Understand and support urgent timeline associated with contract transitions • Develop and execute strategic communications plan • Audit and improve existing member communication • Design and develop new member-facing materials • Coordinate cross-functional communication activities • Implement feedback mechanisms and integrate services with existing eNews contract • Perform technical edits, QA checks, and 508 compliance reviews on publications

🎯 Requirements

• Masters degree in related field, such as digital marketing/communications/public affairs • At least three (3) years of professional experience in strategic communication, including development of communication plan, marketing, writing, stakeholder engagement, etc. • Detail-oriented and organized; comfortable working with deadlines or juggling multiple tasks at any given time • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, both technical and plain-language • Ability to perform detailed technical edits on short or lengthy documents • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint • Experience with managing Section 508 compliance efforts, including basic 508 knowledge, 508 tagging, and Adobe Acrobat accessibility tools • Experience with Stakeholder Management and contract transitions • Health plan knowledge.
