📋 Description

• Serve as the functional lead on implementation projects • Own customer-specific application design • Provide oversight during application configuration, testing, knowledge transfer, and rollout activities • Assess and optimize existing implementations and builds of Planful’s Financial Performance Management Suite • Manage multiple customer consultations and projects focused on planning, close management, and reporting processes • Facilitate client discovery and design sessions to assess business requirements • Develop in-depth knowledge of key accounts through ongoing engagement and partnership with Customer Success • Analyze client financial planning and reporting processes to determine how models fit within the solution • Provide best-practice recommendations and optimized solutions to clients • Provide escalation support and leadership to diagnose and resolve systemic/root-cause issues • Advise clients on change management, business process design and redesign, process improvements, and analytics • Participate in the User Conference and deliver presentations about industry-leading solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of Accounting or FP&A experience, focusing on financial reporting, budgeting, and/or close management • Hands-on experience with financial reporting and budgeting • Experience managing and/or implementing Financial Management software • Executive presence to interact with senior-level executives • Customer-centric approach with a strong sense of urgency for customer care • Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Extremely organized and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
