📋 Description

• Provide gender-affirming hormone therapy and Expanded Clinical Services to patients throughout the United States • Provide longitudinal care for a panel of patients • Onboard new patients and provide follow-up care • Manage laboratories and prescriptions • Answer clinical questions and patient messages • Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based virtual medical evaluations • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and sign charts within 24 hours • Order necessary laboratory tests, interpret results, and prescribe appropriate medications • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team • Maintain appointment availability and high-quality care standards • Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week

🎯 Requirements

• Deep appreciation and understanding of the trans experience • At least one active license, and in good standing with your professional board • Experience prescribing behavioral health medications (depression and anxiety) • Familiarity with, and experience using, established GAHT guidelines, including an informed consent model of care • Experience and comfort collaborating with diverse teams • Comfortable with 100% remote patient care • Strong technical background, including familiarity with EMRs, email communication, and app-based platform use • Strong organization and communication skills • California, Colorado, DC, Iowa, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, and Wyoming licenses specifically sought • Connecticut, Indiana, New Jersey, and Ohio licenses are a bonus • Three or more state licenses are nice to have • Experience with telehealth and preferably direct-to-consumer telehealth/startup work is nice to have • Minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week
