📋 Description

• Own the performance and evolution of Pluralsight’s Cloud and Security solutions across strategy, roadmap, packaging, and go-to-market • Define Pluralsight’s expert point of view for Cloud and Security offerings • Design solution products, including scope, audience, problem, business outcome, structure, and milestones • Provide program design to the Curriculum team for course-level learning objectives • Identify frameworks, messaging, courses, hands-on labs, and program management needed for customer outcomes • Maintain and communicate a 12–18 month solutions roadmap • Develop new levels, variants, and accelerators tied to Cloud and Security market shifts • Test and iterate solution designs using experiments and data • Own solution-level KPIs including pipeline, win rate, adoption, cohort completion, and outcomes • Lead quarterly business reviews for the solutions • Partner with Sales on opportunity strategy, customer logos, competitive plays, and strategic deals • Monitor changes in technical expertise and translate enterprise skill needs into portfolio updates • Identify and engage subject-matter experts to create accessible, high-quality learning experiences • Represent the solutions area with internal stakeholders, enterprise customers, SMEs, and industry audiences • Align content, product, engineering, professional services, and go-to-market teams • Use data, customer feedback, and learner insights to measure performance, identify content gaps, and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience defining and launching packaged solutions in a SaaS or services context • Proven history crafting curricula and applying modern learning methodologies • Strong understanding of structuring learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes for professional and technical audiences • Experience working closely with enterprise sales to shape and close multi-stakeholder deals • Detailed grasp of the commercial landscape and connection of content strategy and learning build decisions to revenue growth, customer retention, and enterprise buyer needs • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-moving environment • Strong cross-functional collaboration across product management, software engineering, client services, and sales and marketing teams • Data-informed decision-making using learner outcomes and engagement metrics • Proven experience designing and delivering blended learning programs integrating on-demand learning, virtual instructor-led training, and structured program management • Deep understanding of cloud computing and cybersecurity technologies and organizational technology adoption • 10+ years of relevant experience in curriculum development, instructional design, technical content development, or a related field • Experience working with or supporting enterprise customers • Proven ability to synthesize market insights into actionable strategy and solution direction
