📋 Description

• Provide strategic oversight and day-to-day administration of enterprise-wide technology systems across the hotel management company's portfolio • Ensure system availability, data integrity, performance, governance, access controls, and data security • Oversee system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and documentation • Manage technology vendor and software supplier relationships, contracts, service agreements, renewals, SLAs, and negotiations • Lead vendor selection processes, including needs assessments, RFP development, and stakeholder presentations • Administer and improve the business intelligence platform, dashboards, reports, and interfaces • Partner with finance, operations, and leadership teams to develop reporting capabilities and data-driven insights • Manage BI user provisioning, training, and support • Oversee accounting software, online purchasing and payment platform, and expense reporting platform administration • Lead, mentor, and develop the internal systems support team • Establish and monitor team performance metrics • Partner with senior leadership on a systems roadmap aligned with operational and growth objectives • Advise department heads on technology capabilities and process improvement opportunities • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or a closely related field required • 5+ years of progressive experience in a systems administration, financial systems, or technology operations role • Experience preferably within the hospitality, hotel management, or multi-unit real estate industry • Experience managing or supporting business intelligence platforms, accounting software, procurement/purchasing systems, and expense management platforms • Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and technology contracts • Prior experience supervising or leading a team • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial operations • Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong project management abilities • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive financial and operational data • Occasional travel to hotel properties or vendor sites may be required • Standard business hours apply, with flexibility during system implementations, upgrades, or critical issue resolution
