📋 Description

• Servicing a portfolio of participated commercial loans while maintaining alignment with agent bank records and activity. • Processing loan advances, applying payments, completing rollovers and conversions, and resolving past due balances and overpayments. • Performing reconciliation activities by reviewing agent bank notices and transaction breakdowns and comparing them to internal systems and records to identify and resolve discrepancies. • Communication is primarily conducted through email with agent banks, with limited phone interaction. There is little to no direct customer contact. • Executes varied and complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures. • Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received. • Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Commercial Loan Operations. • Working knowledge of participated/syndicated loan servicing. • Experience with ACBS and CLASS/Commercial Lending Servicing Portal (CLSP) preferred. • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
