📋 Description

• applies specialty product knowledge to close or administer high complexity or high risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions • validates construction due diligence requirements and/or monitoring construction progress and draw requirements • reviews customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting • consults and advises customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and/or commercial real estate deal teams • verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to credit approvals • reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance • participates in risk mitigation activities

🎯 Requirements

• experience supporting Agency and Commercial Lending products with emphasis on syndications • advanced proficiency in Excel including the use of VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, formula creation, accrual calculations, spreadsheet analysis • strong end to end understanding of Commercial loan processing, systems, and associated impacts • ability to identify potential risks, gaps, and control weaknesses within processes
