📋 Description

• Lead all acquisitions activities • Oversee operations workflow and assists team with the coordination and execution of daily workload and complex transactions/processes • Coaches team members and provides feedback and applicable training • Leads process improvement initiatives including updating standard operating procedures and job aides • Reviews transactions and related documents, and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established service levels and applicable procedures • Participates in risk mitigation activities including KRI oversight • Should be flexible to being assigned pipeline work in times of need • Will support additional activities as assigned by Group Manager and Operations Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Mortgage Servicing • Experience in Default Servicing
