📋 Description

• Serve as the dedicated finance partner to Point’s Marketing and Sales leadership • Build and own driver-based marketing and sales forecasts linking channel spend, leads, applications, fundings, and revenue • Own the Marketing and Sales expense plan, including program spend, vendors, headcount, and commissions • Track actual-versus-forecast variances and provide actionable insights to senior management • Model ROI for channels, campaigns, partnerships, and sales initiatives • Run what-if scenarios for budget reallocation • Advise Marketing and Sales leadership and prioritize investments based on return • Produce monthly go-to-market performance reports and dashboards • Partner with Accounting on accruals, prepaid spend, commissions, and month-end close • Reconcile advertising-platform spend with the general ledger alongside Marketing Analytics and Data teams • Establish a single source of truth for go-to-market metrics • Present insights to senior leadership, investors, and the Board when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related field • At least 2 years supporting Marketing, Sales, or Growth teams • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics • Experience at a consumer fintech, lending, or direct-to-consumer company with paid acquisition preferred • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Advanced experience building complex financial models in Excel or Google Sheets • Solid core finance and accounting skills • Understanding of the real estate market and/or fintech industry preferred • Experience with NetSuite ERP or NetSuite Planning and Budgeting software preferred • Must reside in one of Point’s states of operation: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
