📋 Description

• Work with Federal Affairs leadership, trade associations and other stakeholders to advance organizational priorities • Establish expertise in emerging health policy issues by attending health policy knowledge events relative to the Enterprise • Independently track, analyze, summarize, and communicate relevant Federal legislation and regulations • Provide technical support to departments regarding current, proposed and newly promulgated Federal guidance

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. strongly preferred • Bachelor’s Degree required • Health care and/or public policy degree strongly preferred • Minimum of five years’ work experience in a position requiring independent judgment and initiative • Previous experience in a managed care setting and/or regulatory environment preferred • Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to facilitate policy discussions with stakeholders of varied levels and build consensus • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and other computer skills
