📋 Description

• Author and ensure the integrity of clear, accurate content for staff • Lead content creation and oversee knowledge management for projects of varying sizes • Review and edit colleagues’ documentation for accuracy, formatting, styles and standards • Lead team and partner department meetings • Oversee end-to-end management of individual communities within the knowledge management system • Identify and address documentation gaps and consult on improvement options • Lead projects by developing and executing workplans, identifying blockers and proposing solutions • Manage team reporting responsibilities and support management and team members • Resolve complex knowledge management system-related issues by investigating root causes and providing solutions • Edit specialists’ documentation through the knowledge management system • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, communications or related field or equivalent work experience • 3-5 years of experience with a strong focus on technical writing and documentation management • Experience in editing, formatting and ensuring compliance with established style guides and quality standards • Must demonstrate agility in supporting multiple teams and lines of business, adapting to changing priorities and demands • Must be able to provide specific, timely and respectful feedback to colleagues • Strong planning, organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to master new technical and business knowledge quickly • Must be able to work under normal office conditions and work from home as required • May be required to work additional hours beyond standard work schedule
