📋 Description

• Join the Operations team, focusing on expanding the network of recycling operators. • Identify, prospect, and onboard new partners to the platform. • Negotiate volumes, prices, and partnership terms with suppliers. • Map cooperatives and operators by state. • Assess commercial eligibility and conduct initial outreach to new operators. • Conduct technical visits to present Polen and establish new partnerships. • Prepare contracts to formalize new partnerships. • Negotiate purchase volumes, prices, and terms. • Acquire recyclable materials through the Polen Materiais network. • Maintain direct and ongoing communication to understand needs and optimize partnerships. • Resolve operational issues and outstanding matters. • Act as a liaison between operators and internal teams, relaying feedback to improve the platform. • Organize data and reports on the growth of the operator base. • Consistently expand the network by leading negotiations and maintaining business margins.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in supplier management, sales, or business expansion, with a routine involving high-volume proactive outreach by phone, WhatsApp, and presentation video calls. • Familiarity with, or a strong interest in, the recycling and reverse logistics value chain. • Demonstrated negotiation skills in previous roles and experiences. • Diligence in tracking and documenting the complete negotiation cycle in accordance with internal processes. • Clear and persuasive communication, with the ability to build relationships with diverse audiences. • Strong organizational skills and agility in problem-solving. • Familiarity with procurement and relationship management tools. • Willingness to travel and conduct in-person visits to operators. • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team and its partners. • Previous experience in reverse logistics and relationship management with operators in the recycling value chain is a plus. • Knowledge of CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, is a plus.
