📋 Description

• Design intuitive, high-quality experiences with a mobile-first mindset while maintaining consistency across web • Parse analytics and usage data to gather evidence about user patterns and behavior, particularly mobile usage • Turn insights into product decisions that improve activation, retention, and product-market fit • Design outputs and workflows that turn user captures into finished, trustworthy artifacts • Design and test onboarding and activation experiences that get new users to a valuable first outcome quickly • Partner with data and growth teams on customer value, retention, and conversion work • Collaborate with engineers to ensure clarity in design implementation and use • Contribute to overall product strategy and direction • Work on Polycam's cross-platform SaaS product, focused primarily on iOS/Android and web

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience designing UX and UI for software, ideally Prosumer SaaS • Strong mobile design experience (iOS/Android), including platform conventions, smaller screens, and touch interactions • Track record of using customer and data insight to drive product decisions that improve product-market fit • Experience designing onboarding, activation, or growth-focused flows in a subscription business • Experience working independently from concept to implementation • Ability to reduce highly complex problems to essential tradeoffs and make decisions • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction is a bonus qualification, not required
