• Identify and source creators aligned with the brand's identity and audience • Conduct outbound outreach for gifted, affiliate, and paid partnerships • Build and maintain a strong, organized creator pipeline • Manage day-to-day communication with creators • Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals • Ensure content is delivered on time and meets expectations • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators • Support gifting, seeding, and ambassador-style programs • Track creator participation, content delivery, and usage rights • Maintain creator databases, trackers, and campaign documentation • Track basic performance metrics such as engagement and content usage • Share summaries and learnings with the Brand team • Help identify creators to deepen, scale, or pause partnerships • Partner closely with Brand, Social, and Growth teams • Support launches and campaigns by aligning creator timelines with broader plans
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management (eCommerce or consumer brand experience preferred) • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator programs, and social commerce trends • Skilled in outreach, contract management, and relationship management with creators • Proficient in influencer management or affiliate tools (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Collabstr, Shopify Collabs) • Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) • Ability to work in US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) - likely in US Pacific Time • Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
