📋 Description

• Design across Popl’s web dashboard and mobile app, owning end-to-end designs for both platforms • Build component libraries to ensure visual consistency between web and mobile and accelerate design and development • Strengthen design processes, define quality bars, and introduce design QA practices • Simplify complex B2B workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences • Improve the existing platform while supporting new product development • Conduct lightweight user research, including usability testing, feedback sessions, customer interviews, and review of live customer calls • Advocate for design excellence across the company and help build a strong product culture • Report directly to the Chief Product Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience shipping real products in a startup environment • Deep experience designing for both web dashboards and mobile apps • Multiple years of Figma experience; extremely comfortable using Figma in a team environment • Strong product sense and ability to make tradeoffs between design and engineering effort • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to the CPO and engineering team • Ability to take initiative and ownership without significant oversight • Familiarity with CRM or MarTech ecosystems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo is nice to have • Experience designing enterprise or workflow-heavy products is nice to have • Experience conducting user research and participating in customer calls is nice to have • Basic graphic design or branding capability is nice to have
