📋 Description
• Handle inbound calls from contract holders to initiate a claim or follow up on an existing claim • Communicate home warranty information effectively • Notate claim information accurately into the database • Provide follow-up information to customers as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum high school diploma • 3-4 years working in customer-facing roles required • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills • Extensive handyman/repair services experience • Understanding of appliance diagnosis issues • Excel Spreadsheet data entries • Deal with escalated situations • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
